There are always two sides to every story. And the people we love will come to our defense by default. I hope that we all have people in our lives who are willing to look at things from both perspectives. I just really hope that we’ve all been blessed enough to have people who care about us enough to call us out on our shit and let us know when we’re fucking up. There are always two sides to every story. And the people we love will always want to protect us. I really hope that that protection doesn’t turn into enabling. We need the people closest to us to hold us accountable for the mistakes we make in life, too. Isn’t that what real love is, anyway?
