poem of the day: compromise

Any relationship takes a certain amount of compromise. It takes an immense amount of selflessness and strength to calm the ego and say, “I am willing to work with you and cater to your needs because I understand that not all souls are the same.” It takes an immense amount of love to be willing to do that for someone you care about.
